This notice explains the personal-data processing that actually takes place through this website and its contact form. It is intended for visitors and business contacts in Mexico, Germany, and other countries and reflects the GDPR and Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
1. Controller
Executive Engineers Manufacturing Solutions, Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada de Capital Variable. Registered address: Avenida Armando Birlain 2001, Interior 11, Colonia Centro Sur, C.P. 76090, Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico. Privacy contact: [email protected].
2. Personal data we process
When you visit the site, the hosting and security infrastructure processes technical connection data. When you contact us, we process the information you submit.
- IP address, request date and time, and approximate region derived from the connection
- Requested page, referrer, response status, and transferred data volume
- Browser, device, language, and operating-system information
- Security, anti-abuse, and error-log information
- Contact-form data: name, business email, optional company and telephone number, selected area of interest, and message
- Email correspondence and information needed to answer or document the enquiry
3. Purposes and legal bases
Technical data is processed to deliver and secure the website, prevent misuse, and diagnose faults on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Enquiry data is processed to take pre-contractual steps or perform a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise, it is processed for our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f). Data may also be retained where required by law under Article 6(1)(c). Under Mexican law, processing necessary to respond to a request or manage a legal relationship does not require separate consent. We do not use contact data for unrelated advertising or other secondary purposes.
4. Contact form: required and optional information
Name, business email, area of interest, and message are required so that we can understand and answer an enquiry. Company and telephone number are optional. If required information is not provided, the form cannot be submitted and we may be unable to respond. The website sends the enquiry by email to Executive Engineers; the plugin does not create an additional website database of submitted enquiries. To limit repeated submissions, it stores a keyed hash derived from the email address and IP address on the server for one minute after a successful submission. Please do not include sensitive personal data, financial information, health information, identification documents, or confidential third-party data in the free-text message.
5. Hosting, Cloudflare, cookies, and external links
The website is hosted through Hostinger infrastructure and routed through Cloudflare for DNS, delivery, security, abuse prevention, and email-address protection. These providers may process connection and security data and may use strictly necessary security technologies. The public website does not use advertising, behavioural analytics, embedded maps or videos, or non-essential tracking. Our current response checks do not set a public visitor cookie. If you choose light or dark mode, the site stores that explicitly requested preference in your browser under “ee-bsl-theme” until you change it or clear browser storage; it contains no personal identifier and is not transmitted to us. Because the only public browser storage is necessary to remember a feature you request, no consent banner is displayed. WordPress may set strictly necessary cookies for authenticated administrators. LinkedIn and email links transfer data only when you choose to open them or send a message.
6. Recipients and international transfers
Data may be accessed only by authorised Executive Engineers personnel and by processors supporting hosting, Cloudflare security and delivery, website maintenance, and email delivery. We do not sell personal data. Because the controller and service providers operate across Mexico, the European Union, and the United States, data may be processed outside the country from which you contact us. Where the GDPR requires transfer safeguards, we rely on the processors’ contractual safeguards, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses where applicable. You may request information about the applicable safeguard by emailing [email protected].
7. Retention
Technical logs are retained according to the shortest period reasonably required for delivery, security, abuse investigation, and fault diagnosis, taking account of provider configuration and any active incident. Enquiries are retained until the matter is resolved and are then deleted or restricted when no longer needed. Correspondence connected with a contract, legal claim, accounting, or tax obligation is retained for the applicable statutory period; German business correspondence may therefore be retained for up to six years. Retention periods are reviewed when the purpose or legal obligation ends.
8. Sensitive data, marketing, and automated decisions
We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data through this website. We do not sell personal data, use it for direct marketing, build behavioural profiles, or make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.
9. Mexican rights, ARCO procedure, and limitation of use
To exercise Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition rights (ARCO), withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, or limit use or disclosure, email [email protected] with the subject “ARCO / Privacy”. State your name, relationship with Executive Engineers, the right requested, a clear description of the relevant data and request, and your preferred response method. We may request proportionate identity evidence through a secure channel when needed to prevent unauthorised disclosure. We will communicate our determination within 20 working days and, if the request is accepted, implement it within the following 15 working days, subject to legally permitted extensions. Exercising these rights is free, except for permitted reproduction or delivery costs.
10. GDPR rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. A request may be limited where data must be retained or processed to comply with law, perform a contract, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Send requests to [email protected].
11. Complaints
You may complain to the supervisory authority responsible for your habitual residence, workplace, or the alleged infringement. For relevant private-sector processing connected with Bavaria, this is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA). In Mexico, complaints may be directed to the competent authority under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, currently the Secretariat of Anti-Corruption and Good Government.
12. Security and changes to this notice
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted transport, limited access, and service-provider controls. No internet transmission is completely risk-free. The current version and update date are always published at this URL. Material changes will be highlighted on the website and, where appropriate and practicable in an ongoing relationship, communicated by email.
