Owner & Managing Director
Mr. Zimmermann is the founder and architect behind Executive Engineers. As a growth-focused entrepreneur with a background in Production Engineering & Management, he brings more than a decade of experience in global manufacturing operations, strategic execution, and operational stabilisation within complex industrial environments.
Having lived in China, Singapore, Germany, and Mexico, and worked across more than 15 countries, he has developed a profound understanding of cultural differences and how to leverage them effectively.
With proven expertise in Operations Management and Global Manufacturing, he not only crafted strategies but also ensured their effective implementation. His high-quality standards and strong sense of responsibility were instilled during a technical apprenticeship in traditional craftsmanship in Southern Germany and further strengthened through years of operational leadership experience.

ING. ALEXANDER SCHRAMM

Mr. Schramm has an international background in the automotive industry, manufacturing engineering, and operational performance improvement. He brings extensive experience across automotive supply chains, supporting critical production environments under high complexity and time pressure.
He has successfully led industrialisation projects, production ramp-ups, and performance improvement initiatives as a Lean Plant Consultant. Having worked in high-pressure environments as an Allocation Manager during critical supply-chain situations, Mr. Schramm is equipped with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to simplify complex challenges under time pressure. His work is characterised by operational accountability, execution discipline, and a strong focus on practical results.
As Managing Partner and member of the Leadership Team, he represents Executive Engineers Germany and supports clients across Europe.

Technology & Operations
Mr. Perez is a Technology & Operations Associate with a background in software engineering, process optimisation, and operational workflow design. He brings extensive IT expertise in analysing, structuring, and improving direct and indirect operational environments.
His work focuses on AI & digitalisation, operations platforms, systems integration, reporting, and automation for industrial and automotive supply-chain organisations. He has supported the architecture and delivery of CRM, ERP, KPI dashboard, workflow automation, and document-processing solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational visibility.
With experience in full-stack development, managed service environments, data modelling, API and SQL integration, infrastructure, deployments, and ISO-aligned documentation, Mr. Perez combines technical execution with clear communication and implementation discipline for demanding client settings.
