2. Data processed when you visit

The hosting infrastructure may process technical connection data needed to deliver and secure the website.

• IP address and request time
• Requested page, referrer, response status, and transferred data volume

3. Purposes and legal bases

Technical data is processed to provide a stable and secure website, prevent misuse, and diagnose faults. For persons covered by the GDPR, this is based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data submitted to discuss services is processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and otherwise for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

4. Contact form and email

When you use the contact form, we process your name, business email, company, optional telephone number, selected area of interest, message, and limited anti-abuse data. The website sends the enquiry by email to Executive Engineers; the plugin does not create a separate website database of submitted enquiries. Email systems and authorised recipients may retain the message as described below. A consent checkbox is not used because the processing is necessary to answer your request.

5. Cookies, analytics, and external content

The public website does not use advertising, behavioural analytics, embedded maps or videos, or other non-essential storage. Therefore no consent banner is displayed. WordPress may set strictly necessary cookies for authenticated administrators; these do not apply to ordinary public visitors. LinkedIn and email links transfer data only when you choose to follow them or send a message.

6. Recipients and international transfers

Data may be handled by authorised Executive Engineers personnel and by service providers supporting hosting, security, website maintenance, and email delivery under appropriate contractual and confidentiality controls. Because Executive Engineers operates between Germany and Mexico, enquiry data may be accessed in either country. Where the GDPR requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use an applicable adequacy mechanism, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful safeguard.

7. Retention

Technical logs are retained only for the period reasonably needed for security and fault diagnosis. Enquiries are retained until the matter is resolved and then deleted or restricted when no longer needed, unless statutory commercial, tax, limitation, or evidentiary duties require longer retention. Business correspondence may therefore be retained for up to six years where German law applies.

8. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing. In Mexico, you may exercise rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO), withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, or limit use and disclosure. Contact [email protected] with your request and sufficient information to verify your identity and locate the relevant data.

9. Complaints

You may complain to the data-protection authority responsible for your habitual residence, workplace, or the alleged infringement. For private-sector processing connected with Bavaria, the supervisory authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA). In Mexico, you may contact the competent federal data-protection authority.

10. Security and changes

We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. We update this notice when the website, providers, or legal requirements materially change. The date above identifies the current version.
